Zoning Ordinances and Master Plans have a symbiotic relationship.  The Municipal Land Use Law requires that Zoning Ordinances be substantially consistent with the recommendations of the master plan or a letter of inconsistency must be filed with the county planning board.  

Kasler Associates, P.A. has authored many zoning ordinances and land use regulations in New Jersey.  The firm has also provided representation on behalf of these clients in the Courts.  Malcolm Kasler had appeared in Superior Court in ten counties in New Jersey.  Five cases in which he participated had ultimately been decided by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
