Zoning Ordinances and Master Plans have a symbiotic relationship.  The Municipal Land Use Law requires that Zoning Ordinances be substantially consistent with the recommendations of the master plan or a letter of inconsistence must be filed.   

Kasler Associates, P.A. has authored many zoning ordinances and land use regulations in New Jersey.  The firm has also provided representation on behalf of these clients in the Courts.  Malcolm Kasler, has appeared in Superior Court in ten counties in New Jersey.  Five cases in which he participated have ultimately been decided by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
